Infuenster Box #3 - Herbal Essence

Well friends I just received another Influenster Box. This one had three Herbal Essence products in it. They are the new naked products: Shampoo, Conditioner, & Dry Shampoo. I jumped on trying these out right away because I LOVE me some dry shampoo! If you've never tried dry shampoo, go out now and buy some! 

Anyway, I really loved that these products didn't have some of the crazy chemicals other products have. That is definitely a plus to these products. I went ahead and tried the Herbal Essences Naked Dry Shampoo first and I LOVED it!!! It worked really well and kept my hair feeling fresh for another day. I would definitely recommend this product. So the next day I decided to go ahead and try the Herbal Essences Naked Shampoo and Conditioner. I wasn't a huge fan of the smell, but went ahead and tried it anyway. I had to wash my hair twice with the shampoo and it still didn't feel clean to me. I ended up using my normal shampoo and skipped the conditioner since I wasn't too happy with the shampoo. Now I have pretty difficult bleached hair so I'm not sure if it was my hair or the product, so feel free to go out and try it yourself.  

Influenster Box #2

So friends I received my SECOND Influenster box last week and I am pretty excited about all my goodies!!

I immediately opened the truffle and it was YUMMY, except for the fact that I had NO idea it had a melted filling inside and pretty much got it ALL over my shirt, counter, floor, and dogs head. Cool. Probably would have been better in my belly. :)
I also took the belVita breakfast cookie to work the next day and for a pregnant women, I actually stayed full for awhile and it too was really YUMMY. It however did not squirt chocolate everywhere thankfully. 
Heres my issue with mascara. I am a true critque and can honestly say I have tried my fair share of mascaras. I have extremely long eyelashes (that I'm extremely thankful for) and with most mascaras they clump REALLLLLLY badly. I normally use Buxom Mascara and it is truly my favorite thing on earth. So I decided to give this one that came in my box a try and actually really loved the brush. The brush is simlar to the Buxom brush, but the only think I didn't love was I felt like my eyes may have been irritated with the mascara after a full day. My eyes itched like crazy! But who knows maybe I'm the weird one. I'd still say give it a try :)

I am super excited to try the nail polish and Dr. Scholl's too.

Weekend Recap

This weekend was nice and busy! One of my girlfriends baby shower was this weekend and I was in charge of the "POP" table. I sadly only took like two pictures but it was a lot of fun!! She happened to have a co-ed baby shower and I LOVED that. The hubby even won us a gift card by collecting those pink baby close pins. 

Ahhh I can't wait for her arrival!! :)

I also received my first ever Influenster Box and I'm super excited about it. I pretty much LOVEEE cheese and I already love the Sargento brand, so I was really excited to get this box. It even came with this awesome string cheese cooler pouch. You best believe I already used my coupons! :) I grabbed the snack Colby String Cheese and it was sooo yummy and the protein is really good for you!! Already added to my list of yummy snacks during the week!!

Other then that we had wayyy too many errands to run. Already ready for next weekend! How was your weekend?
